Meeting Tuesday, May 26 starting at 6pm (official meeting starts at 6:30pm)
We will hear from two 4H students giving a presentation.
President — Vision & Mission ( up to 5 min)
Vice President — Programs ( up to 5 min)
Secretary — Communication and membership ( up to 5 min) – Emails, Google group, Facebook, etc.
Treasurer — Financial structure (up to 5 min) – very important to get sponsors/donors. How the association will be funded
- Donations (individual + local businesses)
- Sponsorships (local farms, eco-focused brands)
Event-based revenue:
- Honey competition entry fees - TBD
- Special classes or certifications - TBD
Invite Others to the meetings:
- Sponsors
- Donors
- Partners
- Frame it as community-building, not fundraising pressure
- Early donor recognition (names on website)

Sign up for mentorship, Bee Ambassador, or any other program.
Social time:
10 min (everyone introduces himself/herself to the person sitting next to
him/her)

Door prizes: Bee and Comb will make some donations. Everyone is welcome to do bring something bee-related.
Social time: People get together, and have some treats
