Meeting Tuesday, May 26 starting at 6pm (official meeting starts at 6:30pm)

We will hear from two 4H students giving a presentation.

President — Vision & Mission ( up to 5 min)
Vice President — Programs ( up to 5 min)
Secretary — Communication and membership ( up to 5 min) – Emails, Google group, Facebook, etc.
Treasurer — Financial structure (up to 5 min) – very important to get sponsors/donors.  How the association will be funded

• Donations (individual + local businesses)
• Sponsorships (local farms, eco-focused brands)

Event-based revenue:

• Honey competition entry fees - TBD
• Special classes or certifications - TBD

Invite Others to the meetings:

• Sponsors
• Donors
• Partners
• Frame it as community-building, not fundraising pressure
• Early donor recognition (names on website)
